1. Everyone's Chopper-sensei Debuts: The Chapter (みんなのチョッパー先生、登場の巻, Minna no Choppā-sensei, Tōjō no Maki^?): Dr. Usodabada attacks the school for the first time, but is beaten back by Dr. Chopper. As he leaves in disgrace, he swears to get his revenge, unknown to the hero.
2. Terror! Onigiri Mystery Man Appears: The Chapter (恐怖! おにぎり怪人出現の巻, Kyōfu! Onigiri Kaijin Shutsugen no Maki^?): The students throw an onigiri party, but are interrupted by Dr. Usodabada and Zorokiller. Chopperman is able to defeat the duo, and, freed from Dr. Usodabada's control, Zorokiller joins the school.
3. Flower Mystery Woman and Perverted Monster VS Chopperman and Zorokiller: The Chapter (お花怪人とエロ怪獣VS（バーサス）チョッパーマンとゾロキラーの巻, Ohana Kaijin to Ero Kaijū Bāsasu Choppāman to Zorokirā no Maki^?): Dr. Chopper prepares Straw Hat Mushrooms for the students, but they are nearly destroyed by Dr. Usodabada and his forces. Luckily, Chopperman and Zorokiller manage to fight them off, and recruit Robiflowan and Sanjirops in the process.
4. Battle Royal at the Athletic Meet!?: The Chapter (運動会で大乱戦!?の巻, Undōkai de Dai Ransen!? no Maki^?): The school holds a sports festival, but they are interrupted by Dr. Usodabada, who has rebuilt the Giant Luffy Bomber. However, after the Bomber switches sides and Usodabada is defeated, it is revealed that he was just lonely, and they all become friends.
