The book contains 530 questions, split into different categories. There are also 8 non-counted bonus questions based on a Color Spread, and 7 non-counted bonus questions written by previous One Piece editors.
Each question has a Belly amount associated with it (3,000,000, 500,000, or 50,000 for normal questions, and 10,000,000 or 500,000 for the expert's corner). The goal of the book is to answer every question, adding the Belly amount to your "bounty" if you get it correct, and score as high as possible. The maximum possible bounty is 583,600,000, if every question is answered correctly.
Answers for "specific" topics (specific crews, groups, etc.) are listed on the next page, with the general topic questions answered in the back of the book. The source is listed for each answer.
The book challenges the reader to obtain a bounty of 100,000,000.
