Bomberman: Panic Bomber is a puzzle game original released for the PC-Engine CD in 1994 it was later ported to the Super Famicom and Virtual Boy in 1995. The PC-Engine CD version was re-released for the Wii and Wii U Virtual Console. While Bomberman: Panic Bomber wasn't released outside Japan in the Wii Virtual Console, the Wii U Virtual Console version was ported internationally.

Gameplay[]

It plays similar to Hebereke's Popoon and Hebereke's Popoitto. Match 3 diagonally, vertically, or horizontally in order for it to pop. If the middle columns fill up, you lose. The board is set up 8 lines horizontally and 10 lines vertically in the main board, with extra rows. In the PC-Engine CD version, there are 2 extra rows. However, in the SNES, there are more extra rows.
