![]() ![]() Tanks! is the ninth minigame in Wii Play. In the minigame, the player takes control of a tank within a rectangular arena inhabited by enemy tanks. The objective of the game is to defeat all enemy tanks without taking damage to progress through missions. Tanks! has both single-player and multiplayer modes; in the multi-player, players attempt to destroy more tanks while remaining alive.

On the 23rd anniversary of Pokémon the First Movie: Mewtwo Strikes Back's release, Kirby and Super Smash Bros. series creator Masahiro Sakurai posted an image to his Twitter account homaging the scene of Pikachutwo slapping Pikachu and mentioning the scene always made him cry.

- 2007: Wii video game Heatseeker is released in America.
