   Charizard(JP) is a species of Pokémon in the series of the same name. It is a dual-type Fire/Flying Pokémon that made its first appearance in the first generation games Red and Blue. It is the final evolution of Charmander. Charizard can Mega Evolve into either Mega Charizard X and Mega Charizard Y with Charizardite X and Charizardite Y respectively. The former changes its Flying type for Dragon while the Y form remains the same typing. It has a Gigantamax form. Charizard appears in all Super Smash Bros. games. It was a Poké Ball Pokémon in the first two games and playable since Super Smash Bros. Brawl (along with the Pokémon Trainer in Brawl and Ulitmate, and a solo character in 3DS/Wii U).

While not their first M-rated published game, Emio – The Smiling Man: Famicom Detective Club is the first M-rated game developed by Nintendo. However, it was co-developed by another studio as well: MAGES.
- 2003: Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow was released in Europe for the GBA.
- 2008: Boom Blox was released in Europe for the Wii.
- 2010: The Wii (Black) was launched in North America.
- 2017: NBA Playgrounds was launched in North America and Europe on the Nintendo Switch e-shop.
