The we all scream for ice cream thing is cemented in my memory because for some reason my dad repeatedly showed me that scene when I was a child and told him I wanted ice cream. Great time though. Roberto Benigni did a good job.

I thought it was tied with rear window for my favourite film of all time but I really think this is my absolute no1 favourite thing on this planet after another watch. While objectively, sure it’s not perfect this film feels like it was made specifically for me.
