Pretentious Film Critic’s review published on Letterboxd:
Bumped it up a half-star because there's a sex scene where Oppenheimer opens up about his relationship with Florence Pugh's character in the board meeting. The camera pans across the back of a board member to create a match cut (or is it an invisible cut?) where they are now having sex in front of the board. Behind Oppenheimer is his wife; Pugh's character makes eye contact with the wife while they gyrate. Just a straight up goofy ass scene, but it does show Christopher Nolan is trying to develop his characters by showing Oppenheimer's vulnerability and integrity in the situation and the wife's feelings of betrayal and unwavering commitment even when in the face of infidelity.
