Lord Nagata being killed or imprisoned will cause Sho-Battai to become half-destroyed. If Emperor Tengu has also been killed or imprisoned then Sho-Battai falls under the control of Empire Peasants. Alternatively if Nagata, Tengu and Boss Simion have all been killed or imprisoned then Sho-Battai is over run by Cannibals.
Port North also falls under Nagata's influence, and if Nagata, Tengu and Lady Kana are all killed or imprisoned then Port North becomes controlled by Empire Peasants.
If Lord Nagata is killed or imprisoned alongside with Emperor Tengu, Lord Inaba, Lord Yoshinaga and Lady Sanda, patrols of 4 to 13 Samurai Rogues start spawning in the following regions: Northern Coast, Sinkuun, Skimsands, Stormgap Coast, The Eye, The Great Desert, and The Outlands.
