Pogo the Monkey is the fictional character in the video game Pogo the Monkey, which is advertised in 2001. In the game he kills a number of scientists, rescues Timmy (who has fallen down a well) and later becomes President of the United States.
The character also has its own fanclub, as shown on the official website of Grand Theft Auto III.
