The Bank Manager is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto III.
He is voiced by Dan Houser, a co-founder of Rockstar Games.

Background[]
At some point prior to 2001, the manager's client Marty Chonks ran into financial difficulty, owing to his bank manager demanding higher interest repayments on his loans and his wife's extravagant spending.
Events of Grand Theft Auto III[]
In 2001, Marty Chonks, in an effort to sort out his financial trouble, eventually employs Claude to transport various people to his factory where Marty himself kills and turns them into dog food. The bank manager is one of his first victims.

The Bank Manager shares his character model and dialogue (except the quote used while being picked up during the mission) with the British businessman pedestrian found anywhere around the city. The pedestrian is voiced by the co-founder and former Vice President of Creativity for Rockstar Games, Dan Houser.

- Before being killed by Marty, the manager will scream "Get your hands off me arse!", a quote said by the aforementioned pedestrian when Claude bumps into him. However, the subtitles says "Get your hands off me arm!".
