The More Things Change is the eighteenth episode of the first season of Empty Nest and the eighteenth episode overall. Directed by John Bowab and written by Rob LaZebnik and David Sacks, it premiered on NBC-TV on February 25th, 1989.
The hospital is acquired by the Graykirk Corporation, who begin implementing negative changes to "maximize efficiency". When Harry learns they intend to push him out of his office of twenty-five years, he is inspired to fight back. Meanwhile, Carol tries to amend the past after reading Emily's old diary, and Charley tries out a new look.
When Janice Brattle mentions "Doctors Bloom, Coolidge and Moss", she is obviously referring to Ted, Lucy, and Frank. However, there is no information as to who has what surname.
