Claustroflora are an Exploration mechanic in Sumeru. They have two states: Inactive and Active. These will only become active after playing "Rhythm of the Beastly Trail" with the Vintage Lyre.
In some parts of Sumeru, particularly during the World Quest Varuna Gatha in Series Varuna Gatha, encountering a Claustroflora is crucial for progressing the World Quest Giving Flowers.
In certain areas like the Yasna Monument, playing the tune near a Claustroflora can make a Common Chest appear.
