Directions
The EOC office is on the second floor of a building that resembles a yellow house. The office is located on West Cameron Avenue between Granville Towers and the UNC Hillel building. If you are traveling from North Columbia Street, the building will be on your right. When you arrive, follow the walkway on the left to enter through the middle of the building. Press the intercom button located to the right of the elevator doors, and EOC staff will give you access to the elevator. Please take the elevator to the second floor. Someone from EOC will greet you upon your arrival.
If you have any trouble, please call our main office for help at 919-966-3576.
Parking and Transportation
Please contact the office before visiting to access visitor parking under the building. If you are scheduling with EOC staff to meet in the building, please let them know you need access to a parking space and they will assist you. Another alternative is taking a Chapel Hill Transit Bus. Visit Chapel Hill Transit’s website for bus route information. Anyone with specific needs should contact EOC in advance for alternative arrangements.
A note to employees
Employees meet with EOC for a variety of reasons, including to explore accommodations or seek support for an experience of protected status harassment or discrimination. Employees are not required to inform their supervisor they are meeting with the EOC. Employees can share that they are meeting with Human Resources or have a private meeting on campus. Employees are encouraged to take steps to cover responsibilities while they are away from work. For specific questions, please connect with your EOC staff representative.
