Episode 66

Episode 66 covers the events after Jiyoung Yoo's talk with Jiwoo Seo.

Plot[]

The episode opens with Wooin displaying his control and strength over his telekinesis while onlookers from the Awakened Union comment on their disbelief over his power. They are satisfied with his display and want to invite him to the Union. During that time, Seongha Park monologues and is relieved that Wooin has gained approval from Subin, himself, and the other awakened members in order for Wooin to attend the academy without complaints.

Then there is a flashback where Seongha Park and Inhyuk Goo are speaking of Shinhwa's decision to bring Jiwoo to the academy. Seongha asked Inhyuk is there were any complaints to which Inhyuk responded that the surface level complaints have been dealt with and that he and Jiyoung Yoo both approve of his abilities. Seongha monologues his disbelief over such a decision and wonders how strong Jiwoo is. The flashback ends with Subin Lee inviting Wooin to an icebreaker lunch with two other Awakened Union members. Wooin rejects her invitation, saying he needs to go to school to the disbelief of Subin and Seongha.

The scene changes to an evening sky over Hae Dam Private High School. The bell that signals the end of school has just rung. Inside Jiwoo's classroom, the teacher talks about summer vacation and dismisses everyone. At that moment, Jiwoo comes into the classroom much to the surprise and chagrin of the teacher. Wooin sits down at his desk just as the teacher walks out of class. The classroom is now engulfed in the conversations of other students. Then Jiwoo happily jumps towards Wooin's desk and they both plan to go buy midnight snacks. In Class 2-1, Jisuk Yoo is sitting at his desk when his former friends invite him to hang out. However Jisuk passes the invitation and the bullies point out that he has time to hang out with the other kids but not them. Jisuk says, "So what?" and brushes off their comments.

Episode 65 Hanging

The teens all choose snacks to put on the cart.

Jisuk is then seen in a supermarket cart driven by Jiwoo Seo as Wooin trails behind. They all peruse the allies for snacks. Then they stop at food station to eat some beans and they go to Jiwoo's house after. Right outside Jiwoo’s house is Subin Lee seemingly waiting for the group to arrive. Subin comes up to them and confronts Wooin about his rejection to her earlier invitation. She is in disbelief that he would rather hang out with Jiwoo and Jisuk than meet the new

Episode 65 Sleeping

Jiwoo, Jisuk, Subin, and Wooin are all sleeping as Kayden looks on.

Awakened members. Wooin defends himself saying that hangout out with his friends is more important and Jiwoo explains to Wooin that she was trying to do him a favor and was disappointed that he rejected her offer. Subin explodes in anger and denial when Jisuk dials Seongha Park to report to him about her recent threats and violent behavior. Jiwoo then invites Subin to join them. At first she denies, saying that she is very busy because it is the day right before they all go to the academy, however Jisuk points out that it is a lie. The scene changes with all four of them asleep in Jiwoo's living room surrounded by playing cards and snacks while Kayden looks around in silence.

Trivia[]

  • While Jisuk Yoo, Jiwoo Seo, and Wooin were out shopping for midnight snacks, Wooin was jealous that Jisuk got to sit in the shopping cart as Jiwoo drove him around.
  • The group bought six huge bags of snacks.
