"Yachi" is the fifth episode of the Disney+ series Baymax! as well as the first of a two-part endgame.
Synopsis[]
Hungry cat Yachi fiercely resists Baymax's efforts to relieve her when she inadvertently swipes an earbud and gets it lodged in her throat.
Plot[]
Yachi, a stray cat, awakens in the park and focuses in on swiping a man's sushi from him. However, Yachi accidentally eats an earbud belonging to the man and this results in her suddenly spewing radio sounds and music from her mouth. Baymax manages to pick up on this nearby and comes to the cat's aid. However, Yachi refuses help and scratches all over Baymax, resulting in him using band aids to secure himself. Yachi continues to run from him where it is implied that she desires to have a loving home after witnessing a kitten and its owner playing together and by making her own toy mouse from scrap on the ground.
Baymax chases Yachi into a warehouse that is set to be demolished and locks it as there is no escape. Baymax finds that Yachi has hidden herself on one of the tall shelves and uses a tool to take them apart, resulting in Yachi escaping them when they begin to fall over. Baymax finally manages to catch Yachi and rubs the earbud out of her stomach. As he is about to give her a lollipop, he suddenly begins to falter from low battery. He tries to get to an outlet, but completely powers down before he can reach it in time. The final shelf falls over and Yachi goes over to Baymax and steals his lollipop and leaves; ending the episode with To be continued...
In a post credits scene, Hiro returns, supposedly from soccer, and finds that Baymax is not in his recharge port. He assumes that he is still out helping people; unaware of the danger he is in.

Trivia[]
- Yachi previously made cameos in "Cass" and "Mbita".
- This episode ends on a sudden cliffhanger. However, “Baymax” fixes that problem.
- This episode implies that Hiro plays soccer (football).
- A Fix-It Felix Jr. machine can be spotted as Yachi and Baymax crash the couple eating ramen.
- Similar how Mochi is male cat (despite having the calico coat pattern), Yachi is confirmed to be a female cat despite having an orange-colored coat -- only about one out of every four or five ginger cats are girls, with the remaining 75% to 80% being boys.
