"Killer App" is the eleventh episode of the Big Hero 6: The Series. It premiered on July 21, 2018.
Plot
Professor Granville assigns Hiro and Wasabi to create a machine that can clean up space debris, but Wasabi's need for order clashes with Hiro's chaotic work style when they collaborate. Meanwhile, Noodle Burger's mascot, Noodle Burger Boy, falls into the hands of Obake and reprograms it to study Big Hero 6. Revamped from an abandoned robot soldier project, Noodle Burger Boy is equipped with military grade titanium and advanced prediction algorithm, making him quite a challenge for Big Hero 6. When Baymax becomes captured, Hiro and Wasabi put aside their differences in order to rescue him. Swapping outfits, they save Baymax, but Noodle Burger Boy escapes with data on Big Hero 6 and their secret identities, which he presents to Obake.
