Miguel is a character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He made his debut in the first episode of the Disney+ series Ms. Marvel and is portrayed by Matthew Vasquez.
Miguel is a student at Coles Academic High School, and harbors a crush on Nakia Bahadir.

He is first seen in the first episode, talking with Paul in the schools hallways, when Kamala, Nakia, and Bruno pass by them.[1]
Later on, Miguel is conversing with Paul by the lockers, when Kamala greets them, as she walks by, and fist bumps Miguel.[2]
When footage circulates online of fellow classmate, Zoe Zimmer being saved by a young cosplayer with powers at AvengerCon, Miguel is among the students at school, surrounding her, as she recounts the events from her perspective. Zoe proceeds to invite her peers to a party on Friday in celebration of the "fragility of life", as well as her half a million followers.[2]
Miguel is in attendance of the party, and begins hovering over Nakia, who is also there. He greets Kamala and Bruno, who walk over to the pair. When Shawn offers Kamala a drink, which he secretly laced with vodka, as a joke, Nakia expresses her desire to leave, but Miguel tells her they can't, as everyone from their school is in attendance. When Kamran introduces himself to the group, the girls seem smitten, and Miguel looks disapprovingly at him. The sound of sirens suddenly arrive, and the partygoers are made aware of the incoming arrival of the police. Kamran offers to drive them away, so Miguel stows away in his car, alongside Nakia, Bruno, Paul, and Kamala. They are dropped of at Circle Q, and head off in their separate ways.[2]
When the DODC go in pursuit of Kamran, Nakia calls Miguel in an attempt to hinder Damage Control's efforts, and keep them distracted. He hides in the broom closet of her local mosque, while a group of agents sweep the area in pursuit of their target. She reveals the door to reveal Miguel hiding, and claims he is her boyfriend. Miguel is enamoured by Nakia's false statement, and asks for some body cam footage from the agents, so he can hold a recording of the moments. Agent Deever dismisses him entirely, to continue her search, and as the agents pass by, Miguel shoots Nakia a flirtatious grin.[3]
Later that evening, a video circulates of Zoe, informing her followers that Damage Control have targeted two of her powered friends, and urges her audience to share the story and arrive at the school in protest. Paul shares the clip with Miguel, and the duo arrive to attend a rally, where they're joined by various members of the local community.[3]
Miguel participates with the gathering, camera in hand, when Kamran suddenly bursts through the school doors. Damage Control tries apprehending him, and begins shooting in his direction, when the local masked heroine of New Jersey, Night Light arrives, for his protection. Miguel, along with the rest of the crowd, objectifies at Damage Control's actions. In response, Kamran throws a DODC vehicle, but it ricochets onto the direction of those protesting. Before Miguel and others can come to any harm, Night Light uses her embiggened hands to take hold of it, saving the group. Kamran then releases a surge of energy, which produces a large scale of crystalline constructs everywhere, pushing Miguel and the others back, but Night Light manages to placate him. Kamran manages to escape, leaving Night Light alone, and Miguel, along with the others, gathers around her, to prevent Damage Control from having her arrested. Before she can be detained, Night Light creates constructs in the air to escape, and Miguel and the others cheer for her victory.[3]
Miguel later makes a recording of himself for social media, sharing with his viewers, that Nakia Bahadir declared herself as his girlfriend.[3]
