Dr. NoGood is a minor antagonist in DuckTales, featured in the episode "Double-O-Duck". He was the previous leader of F.O.W.L. before being succeeded by The High Command in Darkwing Duck. In his lone appearance on DuckTales, he planned to have his men infiltrate banks and spray his vanishing fluid on all the money contained within, making them worthless so that he'd be the richest person in the world. At the end, he seemingly died when he fell into a vat of his own vanishing fluid, but would inexplicably return in non-canon comics.

Physical appearance[]
He is an anthropomorphic dog wearing a tan business suit.
Trivia[]
- His name is a play on the James Bond villain Dr. No, while his role, characterization and other aspects of his character (head of a criminal organization, has a cat as a pet) are reminiscent of another famous James Bond villain, Ernst Stavro Blofeld.
- Ironically, in "Double-O-Duck"'s storybook adaptation, Dr. Nogood was mistakenly referred to as Dr. No.
- Despite clearly being killed off at the end of his single appearance on DuckTales and thus never appearing on Darkwing Duck, Dr. NoGood inexplicably reappeared as F.O.W.L.'s leader, having apparently somehow been revived by Megavolt, in the fifth and sixth issues of the non-canon Darkwing Duck comic published by Dynamite Entertainment. His unexplained resurrection is not lost on Darkwing, who remarks "I thought you vanished" when encountering him in issue #5 (despite the two never having canonically interacted beforehand). In an interview, writer Amanda Deibert stated that she brought Nogood back because she "wanted a twist no one would see coming."[1]
