Donald's Decision is a wartime cartoon starring Donald Duck and a remake of the 1938 cartoon Donald's Better Self which additionally uses animation from Self Control.

Synopsis

Donald wrestles with his conscience in a decision of whether or not to buy war bonds. He is hounded by two spirits a "Devil Donald" who encourages him to be stingy and that war bonds are a scam and an "Angel Donald" who says that he'll be helping the war effort by making a loan to the US government.
