フィリピンのスービック基地周辺で起きたレイプ事件について、署名のお願いです。
既にご存知の方もいらっしゃると思いますが、ちょっと長めの事件概要を貼り付けまし
た。署名のお願いはその後です。

＜事件の概要＞
被害者は22歳（当時）のフィリピン人女性「ニコル（仮名）」さん。容疑者４名は沖縄
に駐留する海兵隊員で、米比合同「反テロ」軍事演習のためにフィリピンに来ていたと
きに事件を起こしました。被害者の勇気ある告発により、フィリピンで初めての米兵を
被告とするレイプ裁判が今年4月に始まりましたが、米軍・米政府、フィリピンの政府
・司法当局の卑劣な仕打ちによって、危機的状況が続いています。米兵の身柄は「訪問
米軍地位協定（ＶＦＡ：Visiting Force Agreement）」を盾に、マニラの米大使館が確
保したままです。しかもＶＦＡには「米兵による犯罪は１年で時効」という条文があり、
時効期限は2006年12月27日なので、もしこのときまでに有罪判決が出なければ、米政
府が加害米兵をフィリピン外に逃がすことは目に見えています。原告ニコルさんを支援
する市民団体の連合体「タスクフォース・スービックレイプ（現在17団体）」は、この
協定はフィリピン共和国憲法に反すると主張しています。　限られた時間の中、裁判は
週4日というハイペースで進みました。レイプされたと訴えている被害者に対し、加害
米兵は「合意の上でやった」と主張しています。彼らには裏づけとなる証言者がいない
にもかかわらず、検察の手抜き尋問に助けられています。そのうえとうとう被害者バッ
シングまで始めた検察に耐え切れず、ニコルさんは抗議して裁判ボイコットに入り抗議
の意思表示をしました。しかし、被害者不在のまま裁判は進み、検察が早々に立証を打
ち切ったため結審してしまいました。判決は11月27日ですが、このままでは加害米兵を
無罪放免にしてしまう恐れがあります。

・・・ケミストリー（槇原敬之作）『約束の場所』を初めて聞いたとき、
「ああ、なんか松本零士アニメの主題歌なのかな」と思った。

約束の場所

・・・最近の松本零士の漫画を読んでる人は、みんなそう思ったんじゃないかな。

「時間は決して夢を裏切らない！」

ここ数年、松本零士はまるでとりつかれたように
この言葉を作品に登場させてきた。作品の内容自体は、もはやあまり意味をなさないものばかりだが、この言葉だけは繰り返し繰り返し語られている。ひとつの遺言として聞くべきかもしれぬ。
・・・この言葉は、基本的にはマッキーの歌のように明るく口にするべき言葉ではない。
「時間は夢を裏切らない」とは、言い換えるなら
「夢を裏切るのは時間ではなく、人である」ということでもあろう。
・・・さて、
結局、マッキーの書いた歌詞は松本零士とは何の関係もなく、しかしながらあまりに内容が酷似しており、したがって松本零士が「盗作された」という主張をするに至ったわけだが、

＞漫画家の松本零士氏（６８）が代表作「銀河鉄道９９９」のフレーズを盗作されたとして、歌手の槇原敬之（３７）に抗議していると、１９日発売の「女性セブン」が報じており、松本氏はスポニチの取材に「私の言葉を奪われた。どうしてごめんと言えないのか」と怒りが収まらない様子。槇原側も「盗作呼ばわりされて嫌な気分。法廷で争ってもいい」と不快感をあらわにし、全面対決の様相だ。

＞漫画家の松本零士さん（６８）が、シンガー・ソングライター槙原敬之（３７）作曲の「約束の場所」の歌詞が「銀河鉄道９９９」のセリフを無断使用していると主張した問題で、双方は２５日、ともに収束させる姿勢を打ち出した。盗作ではないと主張する槙原側がこの日、弁護士と相談して、自分側から法廷闘争などに持ち込まない方針を決定。松本さんも「もともと著作権を争うつもりはなく（歌詞は）私の作品のセリフだと主張したかった。これで終わりにしたい」と話した。
