Yasumori is a fairly tall and built man. He is always dressed in professional attire, wearing a black blazer and white dress shirt with black pants and shoes.

Yasumori, similar to Hirotoshi, is a money-oriented individual. He believes soccer is a tool to make money, and together with Hirotoshi, his goal is to destroy the Blue Lock Project.
Yasumori is also a proud individual and he takes his coaching position very seriously. He is also proud of his Japan U-20 team, has utter faith and confidence in his players' abilities, and believes that his team will be the one victorious. Upon Japan U-20 losing the first half of the game against the Blue Lock Eleven, he proved himself incapable of thinking for himself as he asked Buratsuta for directions instead, since he's gotten used to listening to the JFA. Though he is capable of admitting his own faults, as he plainly admitted that Blue Lock Eleven is more skilled than his Japan U-20 team.
