Biography
Armstrong was born in Laramie, Wyoming. His professional experience includes working as a geologist and engineer. Armstrong has also served with the Centennial Valley Fire Department and as a volunteer with the Albany County Library.[1]

|Mr. Armstrong is a Geologist / Engineer and has worked the extraction industry, oil and gas, and environmental compliance. He knows the governmental bureaucracy from the inside and from the outside. He has fought for government accountability for years. Mr. Armstrong served as a city councilman and kept a private prison from being built 500ft from the front door of an elementary school. He also authored city legislation to hold employees accountable for the work they do. Mr. Armstrong has volunteered as a coach, librarian, Boy Scout assistant Scout Master, fire fighter, and at his church. He has a history of service and has sacrificed personal well being for the benefit of our society. Mr. Armstrong knows he is not perfect and must rely on his lord and savior Jesus Christ.
- Lets get big money and coruption out of politics and the Federal Goverment back inside the Constitution where it belongs.
- Support our Rural Economy: MCOOL, Diversity in Packing, Stability in Rig Count, Free market for Coal, Climate variaance is bad science.
- The Constitution is NOT a living Document.
NEPA and the CWA should be reviewed and common sense brought into the environmental compliance regulations.
