James A. Jewell

James A. Jewell was a federal judge on the Board of General Appraisers, which later became the United States Customs Court.

Jewell was nominated to the Board by President Benjamin Harrison. He was confirmed on July 16, 1890. He served on the Board until 1903.[1]
