George C. Tichenor

George c. Tichenor (1838-1902) was a federal judge on the Board of General Appraisers, which later became the United States Customs Court.

Tichenor was nominated to the Board by President Benjamin Harrison. He was confirmed on July 16, 1890. He served as president of the Board from 1890-1895. His service ended due to his death on July 11, 1902.[1]
