Ferdinand N. Shurtleff
Ferdinand N. Shurtleff (b. 1836) was a federal judge on the Board of General Appraisers, which later became the United States Customs Court.
Shurtleff was nominated to the Board by President Benjamin Harrison. He was confirmed on July 18, 1890.[1] He was removed from his seat by a March 3, 1899 order of President William McKinley, effective on the appointment of his successor on March 15, 1899.[2]
