Greg Neeley (Republican Party) is a judge for Place 3 of the Texas Twelfth District Court of Appeals. He assumed office in 2015. His current term ends on December 31, 2024.
Neeley (Republican Party) ran for re-election for the Place 3 judge of the Texas Twelfth District Court of Appeals. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
He was appointed to the court by Republican Governor Rick Perry (R) on January 12, 2015. He was elected in November 2016 to finish the term of his predecessor, which expired on December 31, 2018.
Education
Neeley received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from the Texas Tech University School of Law.[1]
Career
Before his appointment to the Twelfth District Court of Appeals, Neeley worked as an attorney in private practice. He also previously was a partner at the law firms of Neeley and Blair LLP and Akin, Neeley and Mason LLP and served as an assistant district attorney for Gregg County.[1]
