Griffey (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the Tennessee House of Representatives to represent District 75. He won in the general election on November 3, 2020.
Griffey resigned from the Tennessee House of Representatives on August 17, 2022 in order to run for circuit court judge in the 24th judicial district.[1]
