Aileen Gunther (Democratic Party) was a member of the New York State Assembly, representing District 100. She assumed office in 2013. She left office on January 1, 2025.
Gunther (Democratic Party, Working Families Party) ran for re-election to the New York State Assembly to represent District 100. She won in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Biography
Gunther earned a national certification in infection control, a Nursing Degree from Orange County Community College and attended State University of New York, New Paltz for a degree in Liberal Arts.[1]
Gunther is a human immunodeficiency virus counselor. Her professional experience includes being a New York State government liaison for the Mid-Hudson Chapter of Infection Control Practitioners, a former director for performance improvement and risk management and a registered nurse.[2]
