CSS / DHTML Hybrid Navigation BarInspired by Eric Meyer's pure CSS menus and the recently re-vamped DevEdge, I created this hybrid of CSS and DHTML, based on a simple unordered-list. Since the core data is HTML, it degrades all the way back to white text on a black background.
