JOHNS CREEK: Hen Mother Cookhouse is opening at 7 a.m. on Friday, according to its Instagram. The restaurant is located next to Taylor Brooks Hair Salon in the same complex as Bonefish Grill at 11705 Jones Bridge Road. Hen Mother Cookhouse is owned by Soraya Khoury and serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch. The restaurant’s website says there is outdoor seating which is dog-friendly. Hen Mother Cookhouse replaces Farmhouse Coffee and Cafe. [Instagram]

BOLTON/RIVERSIDE: A new “bar-related” restaurant is opening in the Bolton/Riverside area of northwest Atlanta, Tomorrow’s News Today reports. The unnamed restaurant is from the owners of Universal Joint, Steinbeck’s, Brake Pad, and Oakhurst Market and Steinbeck’s chef Andy Gonzales. The small building—formerly Adams Hardware—dates from the 1920s and is located at 2316 Marietta Road. [ToNT]
