The Tek Quetzal Egg is one of the Eggs in ARK: Survival Evolved, added as a permanent addition on the release of Extinction Chronicles V.

Tek Quetzal Eggs are randomly dropped by 
Tek Quetzals. They can be eaten or used to make 
Exceptional Kibble for taming 
Basilosaurus, 
Brontosaurus, 
Giganotosaurus, 
Karkinos, 
Managarmr, 
Mosasaurus, 
Quetzal, 
Rex, 
Spino, 
Therizinosaur, and 
Tropeognathus.
After two Tek Quetzals mate, the resulting egg can be hatched into a baby Tek Quetzal.
Grabbing an egg in the presence of wild Tek Quetzals will cause them to become hostile and attack the survivor.
Incubation
Main article: IncubationThe Tek Quetzal Egg takes 16h 39m 55.199s to hatch. It must be in the temperature range of 5 to 6 °C / 41 to 43 °F to successfully hatch, otherwise it will start to lose 
Health. The female Tek Quetzal needs between 18h and 2d before having the capacity to lay eggs again. The incubation time can be reduced by up to 20% if the egg is placed in an 
Egg Incubator at the ideal temperature.
The egg can also be used to tame an 
Oviraptor.
