Martin Bruce Whyte (マーティン・ブルース・ホワイト, Mātin Burūsu Howaito) was a member of Ideal and associate of Billy Craig. He was an American serial killer known as "Martin the Griever" (グリーフ マーティン, Gurīfu Mātin).
Appearance[]
Martin was a typical looking American, with blonde hair and a normally harmless expression. However, when he reverted to his psychotic state, his face contorted into a maniacal expression.
Martin's first appearance differs greatly from his later appearances. In the beginning, he looked tough and threatening. He wore a black tank top that showcased his muscular arms. After his initial appearance, he appeared more frail looking. He tied his hair into a ponytail.
Personality[]
Though he can come off as timid and likeable, Martin's true persona revealed itself once he considers his next victim as a close friend (whom he then projects as being his childhood 'friend' "Nicolas"). In this state, he craved the gratification that came from his killing & grievance fetish.
History[]
When Martin was a child he was in the hospital. Here he met Nicolas, another ill child. Nicolas and Martin were good friends until an argument the two had, which caused them to be distant. Martin went to apologize to Nicolas. During this time, Nicolas requested Martin to end his suffering, since Nicolas was much more sickly than Martin. Martin complies with this request and strangles Nicolas, which made Martin devlop his grievance fetish.[1]
