What is Evaluation?
Evaluation aims to find out how far aims and objectives have been met or attained,  examine the outputs outcomes and impacts that have been produced. Also, explore effectiveness of procedures and delivery, assess cost-effectiveness and value of money.

The Main Purposes of Evaluation:
It provides information and direction for improvement of work.
It helps to determine the degree attained.
It enhances our knowledge.
It helps to improve the service providers, workers performance.
It gives satisfaction to school, institution, administrators, organizers and leaders
