Nelet Pa was the Rigellian representative with the Intergalactic Council. He pointed out that Ego the Living Planet only left the Black Galaxy because of Thor.[1]
Notes
In Maximum Security: Dangerous Planet #1, the ambassador introduces himself as "Nelet Pa, of Rigel", implying that was his homeworld. However, the Rigellians had long since abandoned or lost their original homeworld, prompting their colonization efforts. It is unclear if Nelet Pa was so old he was born on the original Rigellian homeworld, or if he meant the Rigellian Empire in general when he said "Rigel".
