Upon receiving your email confirmation with an order number, there will be a number to call to schedule your delivery. Most orders will be delivered within 5-9 business days. Deliveries may be scheduled Monday-Friday between 8AM and 5PM local time.  A 4 hour window will provided during your selected delivery day. You will receive a courtesy call from the driver 30 minutes prior to delivery. You must be able to receive postal delivery at your residence, or your delivery may be denied.

Yes! We do make stainless steel cooking grates that can be ordered for the Genesis II series. Currently, they can only be ordered directly through our call center at 1-800-446-1071. You'll want to have the serial number of your Genesis II available when calling. You can find the serial number on the back of the owner's manual or on a white sticker on the back, left leg of the grill.

The work tables are meant for holding plates, food ready to be cooked, spices, sauces, beverages, etc. It was not meant to hold excessive weight.

Due to safety considerations, the complexity of the components involved, as well as the level of disassembly required, we don’t allow conversions or provide conversion kits. Converting a Weber grill will actually void the warranty on the unit and might create an unsafe situation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Weber Customer Service Saved the Day This is an update to a previous 3-Start review. I had a few issues on assembly with a few damaged parts in the base section of the unit. I live far away from most stores and had the parts scattered all over my garage, so my option was to repair the bent parts myself and finish assembly. I will say I have been very happy with the grill's performance from the start, but was disappointed with the quality of some of the base parts, so I posted a less than glowing review. Since then I was contacted by Joanna H. from Weber customer service. My interaction with her was excellent. We had several email exchanges. She made me feel as though they were as disappointed about the issues I had as I was! The positive interaction with her has completely restored my faith in Weber. As I mentioned, I have been from the beginning and am still extremely pleased with the performance and features of the grill, and would recommend it and Weber to any fellow outdoor chef.

I had a genesis gold for nearly 20 years and decided to retire it rather than moving it to a new house…this thing is a major upgrade in a variety of areas including: 1. Lighting - I don’t have to rely on a third party solution the leds make sure you can see the entire space 2. The burners - this thing gets really hot and does a great job searing a steak 3. The surface area - so far cooking for 4-6 people I didn’t even come close to using half of the space Yeah it’s expensive but it’s such a great grill!
