- To report an alleged violation of the Student Conduct Code, or if you have concerns about academic misconduct, please submit an incident using our reporting tool. A staff member will follow up with you once the report is received.
- CSSC is a part of a University-wide Student Care Team sponsored by the Division of Student Life. If you are concerned about a student’s health and wellness, please submit a CARE report HERE. A staff member will provide information, support, next steps, and/or resources for you and the student.

Academic Integrity Toolkit for Faculty and Academic Support Services
CSSC created the Academic Integrity Toolkit* as a reference for faculty when addressing student misconduct in their classroom. The toolkit includes information about CSSC, how to report misconduct, tips for preventing academic misconduct, and addressing the use of AI/ChatGPT with students in the classroom.
