Color is the aspect of the appearance of objects and light


sources that maybe described in terms of hue, lightness and
saturation. Color stimulates one’s brain and suggest meaning.

There are 3 primary ways to describe color.


F. Abstraction
1. Hue – the characteristic related to the light frequency that
appears in the color, for instance red, yellow, green, blue
or magenta.
2. Lightness (Value) – is the relative degree of black or white
mixed.
3. Saturation( Chroma) – refers
to how pure or intense a given
hue is.
