Performance Outputs in English for Quarter 3

1. Scrapbook of different reference materials (picture with description for every


reference -- e.g. dictionary, thesauraus, encyclopedia, etc.)
Materials: Ready-made scrapbook, pictures, glue; or you make create your own
scrapbook from raw materials you like or prefer
2. Read the amazing story of Hachiko, a Japanese Akita dog, remembered for
his loyalty to his owner (browse the internet for the narrative either text or
video). Make a graphic organizer containing the elements of a story/plot
(exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, resolution/denouement).
Also, indicate the title of the story, characters and setting (time and place).
Be creative.
Materials: 1/4-sized Illustration board (may use colored papers to highlight every
element and/or cut-out picture/s of the characters)
3. Make a writing portfolio (compilation) of different text types, printed or cut-
out. Your portfolio should contain text types that inform, persuade, find out,
entertain, instruct, explain and describe. The text sample may be copied
from any available sources (internet, newspaper, magazine, etc) or you could
also be original and write your own.
Materials: short-sized folder, short-sized bond paper
4. Collect pictures(cut-out)/print then create a compilation of Propaganda
Devices and Advertising Techniques (card stacking, name calling,
bandwagon, testimonial, transfer, glittering generalities, plain folks, add
more if you want). Select a minimum of two samples for every type of device
or technique.
Materials: Ready-made scrapbook, pictures, glue; or you make create your own
scrapbook from raw materials you like or prefer. Short-sized bond paper
enclosed in a short-sized folder is also acceptable.

Performance Outputs in TLE for Quarter 3


1. Scrapbook of different growing and fruit-bearing trees. Label each picture
and place a description for each tree (can be handwritten or typewritten),
how it is grown, its use and importance.
Materials: Ready-made scrapbook, pictures, glue; or you make create your own
scrapbook from raw materials you like or prefer
2. Submit a plant of your choice in a pot

Performance Outputs in AP for Quarter 3


1. Bilang kabataan, magtala ka ng limang simpleng mga bagay na maaari
mong magawa upang makatulong sa pagpapabuti ng pamahalaan at sa
pagpapaunlad ng kabuhayan ng bansa. Ipaliwanag ang bawat sagot.
2. Sagutin ang mahalagang tanong na ito, “Paano hinarap ng mga Pilipino ang
pangunahing suliranin at hamon sa kasarinlan ng bansa sa Ikalawang
Digmaan?”
3. Magbigay ng paliwanag o opinion sa mga sumusunod:
a. Ano ang kahalagahan ng isang lider/pangulo sa ating bansa?
b. Paano mo maipapakita ang katangian ng isang responsableng
lider/pangulo?
c. Kung inihalal ka bilang pangulo ng Pilipinas, ano ang bibigyan mo ng
halaga upang maging matatag ang bansa? Ipaliwanag ang sagot.
Materyales at Tagubilin: Gumamit ng bond paper (short) sa pagsagot sa bawat
output. Nakahiwalay ang mga bond paper na gagamitin sa bawat output
ngunit isang folder lamang ang gagamitin dito. Halimbawa, kung sa output
number 1, may naiwan ka pang espasyo (space) sa bond paper para sa
susunod na output, huwag na pong idugtong ito. Gumamit na ng ibang bond
paper bilang hudyat na ikaw ay nasa panibagong output na. Huwag
kakalimutang lagyan ng Output Bilang 1 sa taas, Output Bilang 2 at Output
Bilang 3. Ilagay ang mga ito magkakasama (compiled) sa loob ng short-sized
folder at i-fasten.
3. Gumawa sa pamamagitan ng pagguhit ng isang poster na nagpapakita ng
soberanya ng isang bansa.
Materyales: ¼ sized Illustration board, Oil Pastel

Performance Outputs in ESP for Quarter 3


1. Gumupit ng mga larawan ng mga tanyag at matagumpay na mga Pilipino sa
iba’t ibang larangan. Ilagay ang kanilang mga pangalan sa ibaba at ang
kanilang nagawa o kontribusyon para sa bansa.
Materyales: scrapbook, larawan, pandikit
2. Gumuhit ng isang poster tungkol sa pagpapahalaga sa mga magagaling at
matagumpay na Pilipino.
Materyales: ¼ sized Illustration board, Oil Pastel
3. Gumawa ng isang slogan na may layuning maghikayat at sumunod sa mga
batas Pambansa at pandaigdigan para sa kapaligiran.
Materyales: vellum paper
4. Lumikha ng isang bagay na magagamit mo sa bahay o paaralan mula sa
mga patapong bagay na makikita sa inyong bahay.
Materyales: depende sa inyong mapipiling proyekto
