    DAY 2

    SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

    COGNITIVE:
    1. Recall the rules and regulations within outpatient department.
    2. Identify the cause of the common eye problems presented by patients.
    3. Learn more knowledge about the common and the different eye problems
    encountered in the outpatient area.
    4. Analyze the signs and symptoms presented by the patients and research why such
    signs and symptoms arise and express it in my own words to facilitate my own
    learning about eye problems.
    5. Evaluate my understanding about the different eye problems encountered by
    explaining it in my own words.

    AFFECTIVE:
    1. Show friendly and approachable attitude always.
    2. Greet my clinical instructor, the doctors, nurses, staff, IWs, patients and their
    significant others with utmost respect.
    3. Assist patients with their needs efficiently.
    4. Integrate my knowledge garnered from my lectures and previous duties in handling
    patients.
    5. Report any deviations in the vital signs of the patients to my CI and nurses present
    in the outpatient department.

    PSYCHOMOTOR:
    1. Follow the instructions of my clinical instructor and other healthcare workers
    with increasing efficiency.
    2. Display great camaraderie in our group.
    3. Adapt to the fast-paced environment of outpatient department.
    4. Maintain patient satisfaction by catering and assisting them with their needs
    quickly and precisely.
    5. Carry out instructions from my CI and other nurses efficiently.
