Plot

sends her husband to steal some flowers and herbs for her to eat, and he is caught
by the witch. The witch agrees to let him go if he promises to give her his firstborn
child. The husband agrees, and when their daughter Rapunzel is born, the witch
takes her away and locks her up in a tower.
Years later, a prince comes across the tower and hears Rapunzel singing. He falls in
love with her and visits her every day. Eventually, the witch discovers their secret
meetings and casts Rapunzel out of the tower. The prince is blinded by thorns and
wanders the forest searching for Rapunzel. He eventually finds her and their love
heals his blindness.
