a. The meeting started with AVP of the Philippine National Anthem, Prayer,
Zamboanga Hermosa, Regional, Division, and PNHS Hymns.
b. Checking of attendance is done by respective Department Heads (please see
attachment for the teachers who were absent/excused during the meeting)
c. DepEd Order 54 s. 2009 – Revised Guidelines Governing Parents-Teachers
Association (PTAs) at the School Level.
 General policy

d. Election of Board Members (faculty/teachers)
 There will be no less than 5 nominees.
 The position is open for all PNHS teachers, except for the faculty club
president, LSB, and substitute teachers.

 The 5 teachers who gathered the highest votes will represent the 5 Board
Members for the GPTA Assembly.
 The previous School Year (2020-2021) Board Members were mentioned and
acknowledged: Ma’am Melodia Timosan, Ma’am Ma. Blessilda Atilano,
Ma’am Mary Ann Amagan (Secretary), Sir Joel Alegado, and Sir Cyrel Balo.
e. General instructions for the Election of Board Members
 The casting of votes will be done using the Google Form. It will be thru a
single submission of vote procedure with 1 – 2 minutes duration.
 Teachers must use their DepEd or personal email account to access the
form.
 Link will be shared via Zoom meeting’s chat box.
 The real-time movement of votes and results will be screenshared in the
Zoom meeting platform.
 Teachers who are present in the platform are allowed to vote.

 The following teachers were nominated for the position of Board Member:

III. OTHER MATTERS/UPDATES

a. For class advisers. In choosing the HRPTA officers, we must follow DepEd Order
54 s. 2009. The appointed/elected PTA president must be of legal

parentship/guardianship of the child enrolled in Pasonanca National High School

and can be validated using the Enrollment Form or child’s Birth Certificate.
b. Local School Board and Substitute Teachers will not be nominated for the position
due their teaching contracts, but they are entitled to cast their votes for the nominee
of their choice.
c. Department Heads are notified to submit the name/s of teacher/s who were absent
during the said meeting.
d. The ICT Coordinator – Ma’am Jovelyn Madrazo is instructed as well to submit the
Results to the Office of the Principal.
e. The meeting ended with the documentation of the participants present in the
platform. (please see attached screenshots/documentation)
