    Dear Sir/Madam:

    Peace in the Risen Lord!

    This is to inform you that the Department of Agrarian Reform is now


    implementing the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT)
    Project. The purpose of this project is to facilitate for the issuance of individual titles
    not only to those identified Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) who are co-
    owners of the existing Collective Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CCLOA) but
    also those actual tillers who are identified as potential Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries
    in accordance with DAR Administrative Order No. 01, Series of 2021, as amended.

    In this connection, may I most respectfully request for a Municipal Assessor’s


    Certification on the Aggregate Landholding of the following identified qualified
    potential agrarian reform beneficiaries in CCLOA land holding JOSE TEORREON,
    ET. AL., under TCT No. 2119, CLOA No. 00326066, ASP NO. PSD-07-038839
    (AR), Lot No. 5-A, located at Banlasan, Trinidad, Bohol:

    QUALIFIED ARB LOT NUMBER LOT AREA (SQ. M.)


    JOSE DUNGOG 5-A-3 1,2930
    NICODEMOS MATABARAN 5-A-6 0.2724
    ARTEMIO BALLON 5-A-2 1.3104

    The said certification will be used to support the petition for Qualification of the
    foregoing farmers as Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) under the Support to
    Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling Project (SPLIT Project).
