If you are looking for new waiters at your Company, I am the perfect candidate. My
name is Eduardo Ruiz and I have waiter experience in Melbourne and Overseas. I have
a good command of English (IELTS Band: 7). I have been working in El Camino
Restaurant and Bay City burrito as a waiter and dishwasher. In this job I learn how to
interact with costumers, escorting them to their table and also informing them of any
special offers or meals. I also ensure the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables,
washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting dining areas.
I am also a bartender in private events at the Melbourne Guitar Festival. I serve wine,
beer and drinks after the concerts as well as helping with the chairs and scanning
tickets. I has successfully complete the Australian Barista School Workshop where I lean
how to froth Milk, make expresso, adjust the coffee grinder, make all the coffees that are
ordered at a café and how to clean and maintain the coffee machine. I have also
complete my RSA course.
I have 3 years of experience as a waiter in Huanca Huasi Peruvian Restaurant where I
was responsible for looking after guests and attending to their needs during their visit.
Welcoming them to the restaurant. I have 2 years of experience as a casual cleaner at
Estudio Barrios Fuentes where I was performing daily general cleaning duties such as
cleaning the desks and other assets on a daily basis of offices upon request. I have
three years of experience teaching music to primary students in a social program
associated with the Ministry of Education of Peru in which I also spend some time
cleaning, dusting, mopping all the classrooms. At the moment I am a music teacher at
two music schools, a waiter at El camino Restaurant and I want to start a new career as
a bar tender.
One of my strong skills is being patient developed in three years working with children in
Peru and in Melbourne. I am also good at solving problems quickly. Furthermore, I have
the ability to communicate results to different kind of participants and manage projects
with accurate results during the due dates.  I always display and empathetic disposition
with a customer in person or through the phone and I am also willing to learn more about
that. I have excellent customer services abilities and energy to work long shifts. I am
sure I will be able to exceed expectations since I always do my best. I am a proactive
person, and always bring very positive energy to my workplace.
