In the process of thinking about your future and searching for a job, you may encounter various problems. In order to respond to these concerns and questions, we offer individual job hunting consultations with career and employment advisers who have a wealth of experience and specialized knowledge.

  • Consultation acceptance date:
       every Monday~Friday 12：20～16：40
       (*Closed during Holidays, Dec. 29th-Jan. 3rd.)
  • Consultation acceptance: Reservation-only
    ※Each consultation last 40 minutes.

Notice

  • From Saturday, December 28th to Sunday, January 5th, the Consultation Room will be closed and Career Consultings at each campus will also be suspended.
    On Friday, December 27th, only the Ito、East Zone will be closed. From Monday, January 6th, consultations will resume as usual.

How to make an appointment

Please make an appointment through Kyushu University Job and Career Support System by 9am on the day you would like to consult.

Important Notice *Please be sure to check

  • Reservation available one time table for one student.
  • Absence without notice is strictly prohibited. Please cancel from the system.
  • After 9am on the consultation day, it's impossible to cancel from the system. So please call us (refer to the contact below.)

Submission of application documents

Please submit your application documents to"Kyushu University Job and Career Support System" when you make an appointment if it is possible, or by 9am on the consultation day at the latest. (If you submit late,  your documents might not have checked in advance.)

The places to submit your application documents are as follows
"Kyushu University Job and Career Support System">Individual (Group)Consultation Appointments > Confirm Appointed Consultations > Change/Delete File.

Online consultation by using Webex

  • For online consultations, the Webex meeting URL will be provided in the "Confirm Appointed Consultaions" section. Please check the system before the appointment starts.
  • In 5 minutes before consultation starts, please click "join the meeting".
  • The start of the consultation may be delayed slightly. We apologize for the
    inconvenience, but please wait until your adviser enters the room.
  • Application download of Webex is required.
  • Please turn your video and microphone on during consultation.
