Amanda Bynes rocks an oversized statement shirt as she steps out with a pal in LA

Amanda Bynes was pictured enjoying an outing with pal Paul Sieminski in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The former actress, 38, rocked an oversized long-sleeve statement shirt emblazoned with the word 'overthinking.'

She completed her comfortable look with a pair of black leggings and chunky black boots.

The What a Girl Wants star — who recently hosted an art show — accessorized her outfit with a white Prada purse and pearl earrings, as well as a nose ring.

Bynes showcased her platinum blonde hair styled in a half-up, half-down look. She finalized the look with classic black eyeliner.

Her companion sported a colorful ensemble, featuring a green top with a pastel yellow shirt and a floral skirt.

Bynes and Sieminski previously had a podcast titled 'Amanda Bynes & Paul Sieminski: The Podcast.' She announced it in November 2023.

However, after releasing only one episode with tattoo artist Dahlia Moth, Bynes said in December that the podcast would be put on hold.

Their Sunday outing comes about three weeks after the ex All That cast member hosted an art show, which was attended by Noah Cyrus.

In December she collaborated with fashion designer Austin Babbitt, aka Asspizza, to pull off the event after working on and releasing a set of clothing designs together.

The soiree was held at the PLANTS + SPACES store in Los Angeles and tickets sold out, according to a link shared on Amanda's Instagram account.

In early October Bynes revealed that she'd worked on several clothing articles with Austin.

Their collection includes a $60 white T-shirt with a bold-lined black sketch of a woman resembling the retired actress.

Other pieces offered on Babbitt's website are three iterations of $100 shorts with more original drawings.

Sharing the items via her Instagram Stories at the time, Amanda wrote, 'My associate's of art degree majoring in product development at FIDM paid off.'

The former child star said in a statement to People magazine that she and Babbitt were 'working on doing a pop-up art show in December' and that it would 'have art and clothing,' and now it seems the undertaking went off without a hitch.

The former Hollywood star graduated from California’s Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in 2019.

She previously hinted at doing a fashion collection of her own, announcing her plans to her followers after graduating from FIDM.

Back in October of 2022 she revealed that she was attending cosmetology school to become a manicurist.

However, this past April, Amanda explained that she hasn't passed the board exam to obtain her manicurist license despite various attempts.

Her new fashion collaboration comes 14 years after Bynes retired from acting amid mental health issues and substance abuse.

The California-born star started out in the industry at the age of seven, and went on to become one of the biggest child actors of her generation.

She later transitioned to a teenage romcom queen, starring in a number of successful films, including She's the Man, alongside Channing Tatum, in 2006.

In 2010 she declared on Twitter - at the age of 24 - that she would be retiring, writing that 'being an actress isn’t as fun as it may seem.'

The retirement was a short-lived one, and Bynes returned to work just a few weeks later, announcing she would star in the 2010 film Easy A, along with Emma Stone and Penn Badgley.

However, her career took a hit following a 2012 DUI arrest, culminating in her being charged with two misdemeanor counts of hit-and-run.

And her troubles didn't end there, as the following year, the actress was placed under a nine-year-long conservatorship - following a continued struggle with mental health and substance abuse issues.

In 2019, Bynes checked into a mental health facility following a relapse.

The former child star had planned a Hollywood comeback in 2018, and that decision contributed to her relapse, it was reported at the time.

In 2022 Bynes' conservatorship of nine years was terminated, after a judge ruled the legal arrangement was 'no longer required.'
