Max George has shared further details about his diagnosis after doctors discovered the cause of his heart condition in new health update from his hopsital bed on Sunday. A Sydney teenager and her mother are being flown back to Sydney after they were hospitalised in a suspected mass alcohol poisoining.

A Texas woman, Michelle Means, 52, was viciously attacked by her neighbor's eight pit bulls outside her home in Willis, leaving her with severe injuries that left her requiring 180 stitches and 90 staples to repair wounds to her head, arms, and neck. Despite the brutality of the attack, which also injured her pregnant daughter and 13-year-old son, Means says she holds no grudge against the dogs' owner.

Children are among those who were killed in an Israeli airstrike on a school in a northern Gaza town, as the death tolls from the horrific onslaught in the Gaza Strip reaches 45,000.   The airstrike hit the Khalil Aweida school in the town of Beit Hanoun and killed at least 15 people, according to nearby Kamal Adwan Hospital where casualties were taken. The dead included two parents and their daughter and a father and his son, the hospital said.

The holidaymaker called Lui, 55, was injured - but survived - the collision with the Alishan Forest Railway train in Chiayi, Taiwan, on December 14. Footage shows the woman trying to capture a shot of her with the train in the background, moving to get the right angle and standing too close to the tracks. The front corner of the driver's carriage connected with Lui's shoulder and sent her tumbling to the ground. The train operator immediately stopped the train to check on the tourist.
