St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church and Volunteers of America of Pennsylvania hosted Luzerne County’s annual Homeless Persons’ Memorial on Saturday. The community was invited to attend this special event on the longest night of the year to observe National Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day.

State Rep. Eddie Day Pashinski, D-121, Wilkes-Barre served as the keynote speaker.
