Raptors' Jonathan Mogbo: Leaves game due to knee injury
Mogbo (knee) went to the locker room in the second quarter of Friday's game against the Heat, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Mogbo limped off the court after injuring his knee and went to the locker room shortly after. Bruno Fernando and Chris Boucher will see an uptick in playing time while Mogbo is sidelined.

Raptors' Bruce Brown: Will remain out Friday
Brown (knee) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Heat.
Despite missing yet another game, Brown appears to be nearing a return to game action, as he's now listed with a conditioning tag. Brown's next chance to make his season debut will come Sunday in a rematch against the Heat in Toronto.

Raptors' Gradey Dick: Won't play Friday
Dick (calf) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Heat.
Dick will miss a third straight game due to a left calf contusion, and it's unclear when he'll be able to suit up again. Davion Mitchell started the first game Dick missed, but Ja'Kobe Walter replaced Mitchell and made his first career start Wednesday against the Pelicans. Dick's next chance to suit up will come Sunday in a rematch against the Heat in Toronto.

Raptors' Jamison Battle: Huge night off bench
Battle registered 24 points (9-11 FG, 6-8 3Pt), one rebound, three assists, one block and one steal over 22 minutes off the bench during Wednesday's 119-93 win over the Pelicans.
The undrafted rookie took advantage of the absence of Gradey Dick (calf) from the lineup, erupting for career-best offensive numbers. In fact, Battle hadn't even scored in double digits or drained more than three three-pointers in a game prior to Wednesday. The Raptors could give the Ohio State product a look in the starting lineup if he continues to thrive when given the chance.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: Teases triple-double in win
Barrett had 22 points (8-15 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 3-7 FT), eight rebounds and 11 assists across 33 minutes during Wednesday's 119-93 win over the Pelicans.
The 24-year-old wing nearly recorded his second triple-double of the season, with the first coming Nov. 16 against the Celtics. Barrett has dropped at least 16 points in seven straight games, averaging 24.6 points, 7.0 boards, 7.0 assists and 2.0 threes over that stretch as he continues to see career-best usage on a Raptors roster that doesn't have many other options due to so many injuries.

Raptors' Ochai Agbaji: Drains six threes against Pels
Agbaji ended with 24 points (9-10 FG, 6-7 3Pt), six rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal over 28 minutes during Wednesday's 119-93 victory over New Orleans.
The 24 points and six made threes were both season highs for Agbaji, but the performance comes on the heels of a weak showing Monday in which he scored zero points in 24 minutes against the Pistons. Agbaji remains inconsistent, but the rebuilding Raptors can live with his growing pains. The 14th overall pick in the 2022 Draft has started every game in November, averaging 12.4 points, 4.2 boards, 2.2 assists, 2.1 threes and 1.1 steals over 14 contests while shooting 52.3 percent from the floor and 46.9 percent from beyond the arc.

Raptors' Ja'Kobe Walter: Double-double in Wednesday's start
Walter produced 14 points (6-14 FG, 2-10 3Pt, 0-1 FT), 11 rebounds, five assists and two steals in 28 minutes during Wednesday's 119-93 win over New Orleans.
The 19th overall pick in the 2024 Draft returned from the G League and made a splash, recording his first career double-double against a Pelicans roster missing most of its key frontcourt players. The performance was definitely an encouraging one for Walter, and the 5-14 Raptors should have no problem finding minutes for him if the Baylor product is ready for a regular role, especially if Gradey Dick (calf), Immanuel Quickley (elbow) and Bruce Brown (knee) remain sidelined.

Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Second straight double-double
Barnes ended Wednesday's 119-93 victory over the Pelicans with 17 points (7-23 FG, 2-12 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 12 rebounds, seven assists and one block over 32 minutes.
The fourth-year star has looked good over the last four games since returning from an orbital bone fracture. Barnes has scored at least 17 points and dished at least six assists in all four contests while producing back-to-back double-doubles, averaging 20.8 points, 9.0 boards, 6.8 assists, 2.0 threes, 1.3 steals and 0.8 blocks as he re-establishes himself as the linchpin of the Raptors' attack.

Raptors' Ja'Kobe Walter: Starting vs. Pelicans
Walter is in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the Pelicans, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.
The Raptors are tweaking their starting unit for this contest against the Pelicans to shake things up. It's unclear what kind of impact Walter might have, though, as he struggled in his first taste of action at the NBA level. The rookie out of Baylor hasn't played in the NBA since Nov. 6, as he spent the past few weeks with the Raptors 905 of the G League.

Raptors' Davion Mitchell: Back to bench
Mitchell won't start Wednesday's game against the Pelicans, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports.
With Gradey Dick (calf) and Immanuel Quickley (shoulder) both out, Mitchell moved back into the starting lineup Monday in Detroit, posting three points and three assists in 31 minutes. However, the Raptors want more shooting in the first unit, so Ja'Kobe Walter will make his first career start, sending Mitchell to the bench.

Raptors' Gradey Dick: Won't play Wednesday
Dick (calf) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Pelicans.
Dick will miss a second straight game due to a left calf contusion. Davion Mitchell started in his absence during Monday's game in Detroit and should stick in the starting lineup Wednesday. Dick's next chance to suit up will come Friday in Miami.

Raptors' Bruno Fernando: Strong play off bench
Fernando racked up nine points (4-7 FG, 1-2 FT), four rebounds and five assists across 14 minutes during Monday's 102-100 loss to the Pistons.
Fernando set season-best marks in points and assists, doing all his damage in just 14 minutes. He's had a very quiet season so far, but he could become an intriguing streamer if Jakob Poeltl misses time at any point this season.

Raptors' Jamison Battle: Plays well with nine points
Battle chipped in nine points (4-9 FG, 1-5 3Pt), four rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal over 22 minutes during Monday's 102-100 loss to the Pistons.
With Gradey Dick (calf) on the shelf, Battle saw his largest workload of the campaign, and he made the most of his minutes. He had a very limited role prior to Monday, but he's shown some nice flashes during his rookie campaign. Through 17 games, he's shooting a respectable 38.5 percent from beyond the arc.

Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Posts massive line in loss
Barnes closed Monday's 102-100 loss to Detroit with 31 points (12-26 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 4-5 FT), 14 rebounds, seven assists, one block and one steal in 37 minutes.
Barnes' 31 points mark a new season high, along with his 14 rebounds for his second double-double of the campaign. This could be a sign of things to come, and he's played well since his return from his eye injury with averages of 22.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 6.7 assists, 1.7 steals and 2.0 three-pointers in his last three games.
