Mountain Home High School FACS students display their charcuterie creations after LeeAnn Blevins, Baxter County Family and Consumer Sciences agent, spent time in December teaching them about the importance of food safety when creating and serving charcuterie boards. After learning essential food safety practices, the students collaborated in groups to design their own charcuterie boards, showcasing their creativity. The fun and practical skill, learned just in time for the holidays, gave students the confidence to create charcuterie boards at home to share with their families. more
