From its must-have seasonal Pumpkin Caramel Kringle to the stand-out cracked wheat sourdough bread, Trader Joe’s knows what it’s doing. Now the grocery chain has added something else to the bakery section that's already getting customers excited enough to forget about any New Year’s resolutions and has caused some customers to report they’ve already seen a possible shortage. Trader Joe’s New Snickerdoodle Cookies Trader Joe’s recently released its brand new snickerdoodle cookies, and fans are already eager to give them a try. Instagram's traderjoesnew posted about the recent find, saying that the "soft and chewy cookies dusted with sugar and cinnamon” are just $4.99 per 14-ounce box. Many comments came pouring in after this initial post with lots of enthusiasm: “Yum!!! I need those!” and “OMG I have to get these tomorrow now.” We totally get it. Who doesn’t love that sugary sweet cinnamon taste when biting into a delicious snickerdoodle? Heaven. And if you’re thinking these new cookies are like the soft-baked snickerdoodles that were recalled back in 2022, you'd be mistaken. These snickerdoodles are much bigger, and you won’t find them in a bag on the shelf. Instead, you will find them in the bakery section with the other freshly made goods. One social commenter joked, “Ugh you’re not helping the resolution but for the sake of science I shall give them a try.” That prompted another reply: “Honestly a good calorie count for 1 Snickerdoodle.” One of the photos in the post shows the back of the box with the nutrition label, which states that one cookie is 150 calories. However, it seems these cookies may not last long, as one commenter said, “I discovered these a couple days ago and I NEED another box and now I can’t find them anywhere.” We say if you’re going to try them, it's best to get out there fast and see if you can pick up a box while you still can. Better yet, make it two boxes just in case. Was this page helpful? Thanks for your feedback! Tell us why! Other Submit
